Oklahoma has developed into an indie rock haven with locally bred bands like The Flaming Lips, BRONCHO, and Evangelicals leading the way. With their second album, Horse Thief have established a place in that scene with their dreamy, bedroom rock.

For Trials & Truths, Horse Thief have reunited with producer Thom Monahan (Devendra Banhart, Vetiver). The sophomore LP from the Oklahoma based quintet is equal parts moody and groovy, with frontman Cameron Neal's croon as a guiding light through the ups and downs. Neal said of the record, "The title Trials & Truths is about us: we're still a young band, figuring out how to make things woek and to have a purpose, so we can get through any hard times. But the band is very much together - it feels like a brotherhood, we're all in it for the same reason."
